Facing fear

How do you react when fear shows up in your life? Do you withdraw to a safe place or do you push forward and face your fear head on? Do you step back and regroup, then push forward to face the challenge before you? Each of us create habits that affect how we deal with challenges that we face in our every day lives. It is good to stop and evaluate our habits to see if they are helping us more in the direction we want to be moving. Sometimes just noticing how we deal with every day things like spending money, deciding what to do this weekend, or how we are going to invest in our future, will help us to make small changes that will push us to the next level in life.
