I chose Strategic Intervention because I have experienced the power of its strategies first hand.  Having a personal life coach allowed me to change what I was focusing on and channel my energy towards the future.  Through her guidance I was able to come to the realization that I was focused on the past not the exciting future that lay before me.  I learned tools that allows me to manage my thoughts and keep fear and anxiety from being a part of my daily life.
